Achi cheze seekhni chahiye Allah ny adaptability isliye di hy ,competence ,not competition. Look atayeza and dure fishan recent her face. Recently ,very evident both follow and do anastascia beauty exercises and dure folows her too even mathew hussey , It’s not about having a big or small face; it’s about the facial frame you’re born with. Some people are born with a small face, while others have a larger facial structure. Within that natural structure, how much you maintain it matters, too. Over time, of course, there can be sagging and extra fat. Just like every other muscle in your body, your face needs care, massage, lymphatic drainage, and facial exercises to maintain its tone. Everything needs management.
You literally have a doll face, a walking anime! You’re even prettier than Anna. Do eye-opening exercises to make your eyes appear more open, and maintain your naturally small facial structure, just as you maintain everything else in life.
The third tip is ,a gorgeous look and a softer look. Both make a difference in how beautiful you appear. That’s why smarter people always seem to look beautiful; they understand these techniques.
For gorgeous hair, get long layers that frame your face, reaching your half of neck or chin or nose level. Your hair should have more volume than your face, like bombshell 90's blowout or soft blowout , creating the illusion of a smaller facial structure. Use hair mousse, texture spray, or a soft blowout. I think mousse is better for creating volume around your face and on top of your head. Your face becomes the centre, surrounded by voluminous hair, making it appear smaller.
Also, try rounded brows; they’ll make you look softer, more feminine, and beautiful. Maintain your facial structure, and use gentle facial massage, lymphatic drainage, and gua sha.
You’re literally limiting your potential to look your best. Beauty is a privilege, and soft expressions ,makes your takent notice fast its not about miss world its about looking your best potential with healthy lifestyle habits and dedication like Alia bhatt ,noone is as deducated as alia when it comes to her diet. but how you carry it matters, too. Your appearance and expressions create that soft exterior. With a feminine, soft exterior, you can conquer the world, but internally, you need a steel mindset: rationality, objectivity, integrity, strategy, calculated decisions, knowledge, and detachment.
Keep Allah at the centre of your universe, followed by your growth and skills. Make dua to Allah, leave the outcome to Him, and focus on growing and learning.
You have beautiful eyes, but they don’t look as beautiful as they did before. Your eyes actually look squinted, perhaps because you use your phone a lot and don’t do eye exercises. I can even see that your eyelids look saggy, possibly because of tension and tiredness around your eyes. Look at Aiza and Durefishan. It’s not about whether they lose weight or not. You can see how they hit the gym, manage facial weight, take care of their cortisol levels, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Healthy radiance always enhances beauty because it shows when someone is disciplined in their life, manages everything, and maintains a healthy lifestyle. It shows on their face and helps them look their best.
When they enter a room, that healthy radiance becomes noticeable. We humans are energies; we can feel someone’s healthy energy, and that becomes magnetic. How someone invests their energy in their mindset, what they watch, and how they behave shows in their aura.
Watch Ranvijay Singh on Roadies. The way he manages situations and earns respect, handles interruptions, gives advice, and socialises with people is so good. I’ve learnt a lot from Ranvijay Singh. Watch the Roadies auditions; they’re happening right now as well. He is so calm and collected, yet charismatic.
Aiza Khan and Durefishan have longer faces, but look at how toned they are and how they manage their facial weight. You have a smaller face, but because of unhealthy lifestyle habits, I think your face looks larger, chubbier, and has extra facial weight. Your face looks tense, too, and it seems like you’re covering it with more makeup. I don’t find that beautiful at all. I’m sorry, but I can see the difference between healthy radiance and a look that relies heavily on makeup.
I used to wear a lot of makeup, too. Now, even when I get ready at home, I just use tinted moisturiser and lip balm. I focus a lot on skincare and these other things because I like that natural glow, like Alia Bhatt’s. She literally wears very little makeup. She is so dedicated to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and eating nutritious food.
You won’t get a medal for any of this from people, relationships, or your job. These are all secondary things. What matters first is your relationship with yourself; relationships and jobs are secondary. You feel content when you grow and evolve and become proud of yourself. You realise that you used to behave a certain way, but now you love yourself enough to practise self-loyalty.
You tell yourself, “Yes, I’m tired, but I’ll still go for 30 or even 20 minutes. I’ll start, and I’ll go to the gym. I’ll participate in an activity or a sport. I’ll call someone and make a conscious effort to socialise with them regularly. I’ll take pottery classes. I’ll start painting. I’ll do all these things, and then I’ll read.”
I’ll also curate my Instagram feed and algorithm. How? Remove music and poetry from your feed if they don’t serve you, mark them as “Not interested,” and do the same with people from the past. You don’t need to keep up with all the gossip happening around you. It doesn’t serve you.
Curate your feed with all the people and topics I’ve shared: neuroscience, neuroplasticity, Islam, detachment, growth, elegance, expressions, cinematic and adorable expressions, Anna from ME:I, Minju from ILLIT, symmetrical exercises, facial exercises, Oscar Patel, Anastasia Beauty, Dr Alice, the osteopath, relationship pattern reading, understanding your own patterns, childhood attachment styles, father-wound and mother-wound healing, self-worth, self-loyalty, discipline, and exercise.
These are the things that should be on your feed. When you consistently expose yourself to that kind of content, your body and behaviour can gradually start reflecting what you learn.
Imagine how much time you’ve wasted watching certain things, making them part of your personality, and then saying, “This is just how I am.”
You are not simply who you think you are. The things you repeatedly practise become part of who you are. So, “This is who I am” can literally be an ego-soothing statement that keeps you stuck.
I used to be overemotional. Now I’m much more rational, strategic, and calculative, while still maintaining my integrity.
